All products are for laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption, injection, inhalation, transdermal use, compounding, clinical or diagnostic use, medical devices, cosmetics, or any food/drug applications.
NOT FOR HUMAN USE. No medical claims. No clinical use.

Age requirement
You must be 18+ to purchase.

Qualified handling
Products must be handled by trained professionals in controlled facilities. No license or patent rights are granted or implied by listing these materials. Buyer acknowledges inherent hazards and will use appropriate PPE, engineering controls, and SOPs.

Buyer responsibilities
Perform independent due diligence on hazards, storage, and disposal. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (local/state/federal/international). Verify that acquisition, possession, and research use are lawful for your organization and location.

Product testing & compliance
Not for commercial manufacture of foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics. You are responsible for any testing or verification required for your research protocols and compliance frameworks. Nothing on this site is FDA-approved; you agree not to represent otherwise.

TSCA & regulatory status
Unless noted, products may not be listed on the TSCA inventory. Buyer is responsible for determining TSCA applicability and any pre-manufacture or reporting requirements before non-exempt use.

Resale / relabeling
Products are not intended for resale. If you repackage, relabel, or use as components, you assume all obligations for regulatory compliance and accuracy of any assays or specifications you represent.

Export controls
Some products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and sanctions. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer in violation of applicable law.

Limitation of liability
No liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nexiom Research, its owners, and affiliates from claims arising from handling or use. Use is at your own risk; products are provided "as-is."

Orders, returns & refusals
Nexiom Research may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order it deems non-compliant. Due to the research-grade nature of these materials, opened chemicals are not returnable. Unopened returns are evaluated at our discretion for safety and chain-of-custody reasons.

Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (without regard to conflicts rules). Exclusive venue and jurisdiction: state or federal courts in Clark County, Washington.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder still applies (severability). We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Acknowledgment

By proceeding with your order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher purchasing for lawful research use only; you have read and understand the hazards; and you accept all terms above.

Shipping Policy

Fast fulfillment, clear tracking, and the right support option for your order.

Shipping method is determined automatically by the address entered at checkout. At Nexiom Research, we work to process orders quickly, package them securely, and provide tracking updates so you can follow your shipment from pickup to delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Processing times exclude weekends and major holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

• Street address — Ships via FedEx 2 Day (P.O. Boxes not accepted).
• P.O. Box — Ships via USPS Priority Mail (P.O. Boxes only).

Shipping method is automatically determined by the address entered at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

• FedEx 2 Day: Typically delivers within 2–4 business days after carrier pickup.
• USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2–4 business days after carrier pickup.

Delivery times may vary during peak or holiday seasons based on carrier processing.

Package Protection & Delivery Issues

At checkout, customers may choose to add Nexiom Package Protection. This protection applies only to qualifying shipping issues where a package is lost in transit, stolen in transit, or damaged upon arrival.

• If protection is selected at checkout: qualifying in-transit loss, in-transit theft, and damage-on-arrival claims may be eligible for review and resolution.
• If protection is not selected at checkout: the customer assumes responsibility for shipping risk once the order is placed and processed by the carrier.
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, including a mailbox, porch, doorstep, parcel locker, mailroom, or similar delivery location, Nexiom Research is not responsible for loss, theft, or mishandling after delivery.
• Protection must be selected during checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Please note: Coverage is limited to qualifying in-transit issues and damage upon arrival. It does not extend to packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Tracking & Updates

• Tracking information is emailed automatically once your shipping label is created.
• Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can lag until the carrier performs the first scan.
• After handoff to FedEx or USPS, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• Street addresses cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Address modifications must be requested before shipment.
• Once an order has shipped, we cannot make address changes.

U.S. Shipping Only

• We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
• No international shipping, forwarding services, or reshippers.
• Orders placed with non-U.S. destinations will be canceled and refunded.

• Products are not for human or animal consumption, drug use, diagnostic use, clinical use, or incorporation into food, cosmetics, or medical devices.
• You are responsible for appropriate handling, storage, and disposal; following MSDS/COA guidance; and complying with all applicable laws, safety standards, and institutional policies.
• Statements on the Site are not evaluated by the FDA or any regulatory authority.

4. Ordering, Pricing & Availability

• Listings may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.
• We strive for accuracy, but typographical or system errors (price/availability/specs) may occur. We may cancel or correct such orders and will notify you.
• Lot-to-lot variations within normal analytical tolerance may occur. COAs are provided per lot and reflect measured values for that lot.

5. Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks

• Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers.
• Prices are shown in USD. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are your responsibility unless we collect them at checkout.
• Suspected payment fraud or misuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension and investigation. We contest improper chargebacks.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• We aim to ship promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier, weather, or holidays.
• Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.
• Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

Inspect shipments upon delivery. Report shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 3 business days of receipt with photos and order details. After that window, the order is deemed accepted.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after purchase.

9. Limited Warranty & Disclaimers

• We warrant that, at the time of shipment, products will conform to our specifications for the applicable lot.
• Your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is, at our option, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price for the affected item.
• Except for the foregoing, products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your handling, storage, use, or resale of products, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Bundles, Quantity & Promotions

• Bundle prices apply only when purchasing the specific bundle SKU. Adding multiple units of a single product does not grant the bundle price unless the bundle product is added to cart.
• Coupons/discounts cannot be combined unless stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

12. Site Use, Content & Intellectual Property

• All Site content (text, graphics, logos, product images, COAs) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.
• You may not copy, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to extract content without our written consent.

13. Compliance, Resale & Export

• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and institutional rules regarding purchase, possession, use, resale, transport, and disposal.
• You will not export or re-export products in violation of export control or sanctions laws.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Research-Only Policy

Why products are labeled "Not for human consumption."

There are a number of reasons that research peptides are labeled "not for human consumption." To explain in full would require multiple pages, as this is a multifaceted issue involving multiple factors relating to the F.D.A. and the pharmaceutical industry that most of the general public is unaware of. We have condensed it down to the primary elements:

1. F.D.A. Approval Costs

The biggest factor is that the F.D.A. approval pathway can cost millions of dollars to pursue — often a prohibitive barrier for smaller organizations.

2. Scale of Required Trials

Mandatory preclinical (animal) and clinical (human) trials require large budgets on top of the approval pathway — feasible for large firms, difficult for smaller ones.

3. Patent Limitations

Many peptides are closely related to naturally occurring proteins in the body, which can limit patentability and reduce commercial incentives in a profit-driven market.

4. "Off-Label" Competition

Doctors may prescribe approved drugs "off-label," broadening competition with major players even when peptide counterparts exist.

Important clarification: This is not to say that companies or partners are distributing unevaluated drugs to the public — there are many studies that explore safety and efficacy, just not always at the scale required for certain regulatory pathways.

We hold the safety of our customers in the highest regard, and send all batches to a third-party lab to verify both their sterility and content prior to distribution.
